侯马市“十四五”残疾人保障和发展规划
为深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神和习近平总书记关于残疾人事业的重要论述重要指示精神，进一步保障和改善残疾人民生，促进残疾人事业全面发展，根据《临汾市The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Development of the Disabled, the 14th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Houma City and the Outline of the Vision Goals for 2035，编制本规划。
